SHAKE-IT: LANDSCAPES / SEASCAPES / CITYSCAPES

A photo series using the iPhone app Shake-It. The fun is that it mimics the old polaroid cameras with audio that sounds like the real thing – like the film is processing and coming out of the camera. And shaking your phone actually adjusts the image – the more you shake the more saturated the image becomes. I’ve been using this app to take pictures for more than ten years. The photos are of the moment – chance encounters and random incidents – shoot it, shake it, done. Shake-It photos have been in gallery shows throughout the U.S.

Digital photo prints are available in polaroid size – 3.5 x 4.25” – centered on 8x8” paper. Photos in larger sizes are printed with no borders – 12 x 12” – centered on 17x17” paper. Custom sizes also available, as well as diptych, triptych and multiple combo images on one print. All prints are on archival 100% cotton rag paper. Signed artists proofs and numbered editions.
